In the modern world, reflection has become difficult due to the fast-paced nature of life, constant distractions, and the prevalence of technology. The culture of instant gratification and surface-level engagement, along with the emphasis on productivity and materialism, discourages deep introspection. However, despite these challenges, it is crucial to prioritize reflection for our spiritual well-being. By intentionally creating space for self-reflection through practices like journaling we can counteract the pressures of the modern world and gain clarity, personal growth, and a deeper understanding of ourselves, the world around us, and God.
